Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers can be used towards home help sessions including things like tidying, batch cooking, errands, admin support, or similar agreed tasks.
- Advance booking is required. Availability may vary depending on location and schedule.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- If a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please give as much notice as possible. Repeated short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) may still count as time used from the voucher, as I’ve set that time aside for you.
- Vouchers are not transferable without prior agreement.
- Minimum visit time 2 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

I aim to offer support that’s helpful and respectful — and I ask for the same in return. I reserve the right to decline a booking if I feel a situation is unsafe, inappropriate, or not a good fit for the type of service I offer.
In these cases, the original buyer may be refunded in full.
